The Sheraton Hills South, Sections 3A & 3B Property Owners Association represents 52 lots on Fillmore Lane, Hoover Lane, and Danielle Drive. The neighborhood is comprised of more homes, however due to differeing covenants associated with the newer construction in the early 2000s, there are separate management associations for the “old” and “new” parts of the neighborhood. Sections 3A and 3B are the more recently developed lots.
The POA is governed by a board of directors comprised of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and one Member-At-Large.

All board members are elected for 3 year terms.
The board holds regular meeting quarterly, including the annual meeting in February of each year.
